“Casa dos Bicos” is a city palace in Lisbons city centre, and served the son of the vice-king of India from 1522 on as luxurious residence.
The palace was created in Italian style. The diamant-shaped frontage with peaked block of stones is the special attraction of the building. Such frontages were quite popular in those times.
“Casa dos Bicos” is also known as the “house of the peaks”, and can be found in Rua dos Bacalhoeiros.
